MY STORY
Experience coupled with education and an open mind can help drive radical efficiency and cost savings. As a leader, I have learned to use both success and failure as a springboard for change. Embracing and learning from past failures and success can help form a solid foundation for business continuity and operational excellence. Over the past 20+ years, I have provided team leadership and direction in technical and personal growth for diverse teams. Using my leadership experience, I was able to develop people with diverse backgrounds and ideas into proactive and high-efficiency operational teams working together towards a common objective. This type of transformation involves three things: Coaching people through a discovery process to exceed expectations, a keen sense of situational awareness, and flexibility with focus to meet targeted milestones and goals successfully. Coaching fosters an environment of team communication and collaboration which can lead to positive cultural change in terms of listening and communication skills, greater diversity, and operational efficiency.
As I continue to grow in my career path, my focus on teaching, training, and coaching for leadership and personal growth will help people take the next step in their journey of success.
